1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using SafeTenet software or browser extensions (“Software”), you agree to these Terms.

2. License

SafeTenet grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering or circumventing technical protections except as permitted by law.
• No resale, sublicensing, or offering the Software as a service without our written consent.
• Do not use the Software to violate applicable law or others’ rights.

4. Updates

The Software may update automatically with your acceptance on your devices. Some features may change or be discontinued.

5. AI Access and Use

SafeTenet permits fair indexing and summarisation of publicly available pages of this website by search engines and reputable artificial intelligence systems for the purpose of providing factual references or citations.

No person or automated system may copy, reproduce, train models upon, or otherwise exploit any SafeTenet content, data, trade marks, designs, or branding for commercial, derivative, or competitive purposes without prior written consent from SafeTenet Pty Limited.

SafeTenet reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to its content for any automated system or service that breaches these conditions or misrepresents SafeTenet’s materials.

6. Privacy

Your use of the SafeTenet Software is subject to the SafeTenet Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

SafeTenet cannot guarantee that the Software will detect or prevent all threats.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SAFETENET BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

The total liability of SafeTenet for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SafeTenet harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Software or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Courts in NSW will have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Termination

SafeTenet may suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you violate these Terms, or in the unfettered discretion of SafeTenet. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the SafeTenet Software.
